By accessing or using ExamPrep AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Editorial Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Independent Educational Status
ExamPrep AI is an independent academic assessment and competitive preparation tool. It does not represent, act on behalf of, or maintain any official statutory affiliation with any public service commission (such as FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, SPSC, BPSC, UPSC, or SSC), testing agency (NTS, ETEA, PTS, STS), or educational board.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original diagnostic questions, explanatory breakdowns, written digital lessons, interface code, and instructional designs on ExamPrep AI are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may read, practice, and utilize these materials for personal non-commercial study only. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, or unauthorized commercial republication is strictly prohibited.
4. User Conduct and Integrity
Candidates agree to use the platform in good faith. You must not attempt to circumvent security controls, tamper with API endpoints, inject malicious code, or misuse our admin and user authentication systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
While ExamPrep AI is crafted to provide thorough, syllabus-compliant examination guidance, competitive examination results depend on independent student performance, official board scoring, and dynamic recruitment quotas. ExamPrep AI provides materials on an “as is” basis without warranties of guaranteed employment or passing scores.
